JUST ANNOUNCED! West Virginia champion old time fiddler, Gerry Milnes, will open the program and play at the reception! 

 

This exciting program tells the true story of a deadly 1890s gunfight in Parsons, West Virginia -- and a riveting murder trial that tears a community apart! Featuring real-life courtroom drama with costumed community presenters, great music, and expert historical commentary.

When and where: Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the (old) Tucker County Courthouse, First and Walnut Streets in Parsons. Doors open and music begins at 1:30 PM; historian remarks and courtroom program begin at 2:00 PM; followed by a 3:00 - 4:00 PM reception at the historic “Parsons Station” Western Maryland Railroad Depot (just across the street).
